Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This policy explains what information Ace Bot and its dashboard website use, why, and what you can do about it. We only use what the features need, and we never sell your data.
1. What we collect
When you sign in to the dashboard with Discord
- Your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar and banner (Discord’s
identifypermission). - The list of servers you are in and your permissions there (Discord’s
guildspermission) — used only to show which servers you can manage. - A login cookie so you stay signed in. We never see or store your Discord password or email.
Inside Discord servers that use the bot
- Server settings chosen on the dashboard (channels, roles, messages, module options).
- User IDs with feature data: XP and levels, economy coins and items, warnings and staff notes, invite counts, giveaway entries, shift times, reminders and AFK status.
- Message content is read in real time to run features the server turned on — auto-moderation (spam, scam links, blocked words), smart replies, XP, auto reactions and similar. We do not keep a copy of your messages.
- If a server turns on Audit Trail, deleted or edited messages are posted into that server’s own log channel — chosen by its staff.
- The
/util snipecommand keeps only the last deleted message per channel, in memory, until the bot restarts. - Ticket transcripts are sent only to the server’s own transcript channel.
- Server join information (account age, avatar) to protect against raids and fake accounts.
2. Why we use it
Only to provide the bot’s features, keep servers safe, run the dashboard, prevent abuse (for example blacklists), and process Ace+ codes. We don’t use your data for advertising.
3. Sharing
We don’t sell or rent data. Data is shared only with:
- Discord, which the bot runs on;
- our hosting provider, which stores the bot’s database;
- the payment provider you choose when buying Ace+ (we don’t receive your card details);
- authorities, if the law requires it.
Some fun commands load pictures from public services (for example random cat, dog or meme images). Only the request for the picture is sent — not your data.
4. How long we keep it
- Server settings and feature data are kept while the bot is in the server, so things like levels don’t disappear.
- When the bot is removed, that server’s data can be deleted on request, and is cleaned up periodically.
- Login cookies expire after 7 days.
- The owner audit log keeps the last 500 admin actions.
5. Your choices and rights
- You can sign out any time, and remove the dashboard’s access in Discord under Settings → Authorized Apps.
- Server admins can turn any module off or remove the bot at any time.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, through the support server.
6. Security
Logins use Discord’s official OAuth2, cookies are signed and HTTP-only, the dashboard checks your permissions on every request, and the owner area is protected by a separate password and rate limits.
7. Children
Ace Bot is meant for people old enough to use Discord under Discord’s own rules. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date above will change. Questions or data requests: contact us through the support server.
