Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These terms apply when you add Ace Bot (“the bot”) to a Discord server, use its commands, or use the dashboard website (together, “the service”). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
1. Who can use Ace Bot
You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including Discord’s minimum age. Server owners and admins who add the bot are responsible for how it is configured and used in their server.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use Ace Bot to:
- break any law or Discord’s rules, or harass, threaten or spam people;
- abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or exploit the bot, the dashboard or its API;
- try to get Ace+ (paid) features, codes or other users’ data without permission;
- use the economy, giveaways or games for real-money gambling or scams.
We may block users or servers that break these rules, with or without notice.
3. Ace+ (paid plan) and codes
- Ace+ is activated per server, for the time shown on your purchase or code.
- Ace+ codes work once and can’t be exchanged for money. Codes won in giveaways have no cash value.
- Payments are handled by the payment provider you buy through; their terms also apply.
- Refunds are handled case by case — contact us through the support server.
- If a server is blocked for breaking these terms, its Ace+ may end without a refund.
4. Virtual items
Coins, XP, levels, items and other in-bot rewards are just for fun. They have no real-world value, can’t be sold or exchanged for money, and may be reset.
5. Availability
We work to keep Ace Bot online 24/7, but the service is provided “as is”. It may be paused for maintenance, updates or problems with Discord or our hosting, and features may change or be removed.
6. Moderation actions
Ace Bot only acts on the settings chosen by each server’s staff (for example auto-moderation, Anti-Nuke and Shield). Server staff are responsible for those settings. We are not responsible for messages, bans, kicks or other actions taken in your server.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ace Bot and its owner are not liable for lost data, lost servers, lost income or other indirect damages caused by using or not being able to use the service.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above will change, and continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms. Questions? Contact us through our support server.
